L’orateur de l’émission de III, « L’invité de la rédaction », a émis une précision estimant qu’il s’agissait avant tout d’ « offrir aux utilisateurs une bonne 4G avant de parler d’autres générations de téléphonie mobile ».
«Les effets d’annonce ça ne marche pas avec moi. Je préfère qu’on travaille de manière pragmatique», a avoué le ministre.
Par ailleurs, M. Boumzar a évoqué le préalable de la rentabilité des technologies déjà disponibles, la 3G et la 4G, en l’occurrence, dont les opérateurs, a-t-il estimé devaient arriver à amortir leurs investissements.
«L’essentiel c’est d’offrir un débit respectable à nos concitoyens. D’abord, il faut offrir une bonne 4G et au moment opportun, on parlera d’autres générations», a-t-il expliqué, arguant du fait qu’il ne pouvait «ouvrir un nouveau front et opter pour des normes qui ne sont pas encore validées au niveau de l’UIT. L’Algérie est membre de l’Union internationale des télécommunications et une fois que la question des normes sera tranchée, on parlera de ça ».
«La certification électronique un événement majeur !»
Sur un tout autre sujet, le lancement de la certification électronique, en l’occurrence, effectué par le Premier ministre, M. Djerad, samedi passé, le ministre le qualifiera «d’évènement majeur pour la nation ».

Revenant sur la contrepartie financière de ce service, le ministre a déclaré que deux textes règlementaires sont en cours de finalisation qui prennent en charge cet aspect en ajoutant qu’« On est entrain d’écouter les uns et les autres afin de trouver un compromis ».
Selon lui, les tarifications doivent être incitatives pour encourager les usagers à utiliser ces prestations. « Il ne faut pas mettre des barrières à l’entrée nous voulons encourager les personnes à investir dans ce domaine », a-t-il indiqué.

Pour le ministre il s’agit d’une priorité absolue. « La connectivité d’internet, c’est l’aspect qu’on lui accorde la priorité absolue.
